Vagdevi Rural Education Trust ® was established in 2002 by its founder chairman Sri. D. Shivalingappa, former Secretary, Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board, Bangalore. The Trust runs various educational courses and Vagdevi School and College of Nursing is one among them. This institution is recognized by Government of Karnataka, Indian Nursing Council, Karnataka Nursing Council, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and KSDNEB. Our institution provides resources essential to learning and maintaining a quality programme. Well Educated and experienced Faculty are the foundation of Vagdevi College of Nursing. Well equipped laboratories and library with Helinet facility are the pillars of our Nursing education. We are honoured to say that Vagdevi graduates are recognized nationally and internationally. About 85% of our graduates are working in country’s top most hospitals and in overseas Hospitals.
